Polytechs SAS (the "Controller") processes personal data collected through this website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Loi Informatique et Libertés".

Data we collect

Through the contact form: first name, last name, company, job title, business email, phone, country, polymer type, annual volume, type of request, target application and free-text message.

Purposes & legal basis

  • Handling your commercial / technical request — contractual or pre-contractual measure (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Sending commercial information (only with explicit opt-in) — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Audience measurement and security — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Lead data is kept for up to 3 years after the last contact for prospecting purposes, then archived as required by applicable law.

Recipients

Data is processed by Polytechs SAS staff and our technical sub-processors (hosting, email infrastructure). No data is sold to third parties.

Your rights
